When Hilton was ready to launch their new property Tempo by Hilton in Nashville, they immediately reached out to Digital Love for all-encompassing photo and video work. While the hotel was under construction, Digital Love worked closely with the management company, corporate partners and the property team to concept a visual creative strategy for pre and post opening. Our collaboration involved extensive pre-production and a large scale photo and video shoot during the first week of hotel operation. Our team also worked alongside the marketing team to amplify their strategy and ensure every aspect of the hotel's character was brought to life visually.
Tempo by Hilton, a brand new property with only one other location (in Times Square, New York) offers a fresh perspective on hospitality. Our photo and video work for them needed to do the same! The client sought to capture the interiors of the hotel and show visitors locally and globally what the new brand has to offer.
The primary objective was to create visually stunning assets that reflect the hotel's vibrant interiors and unique character. The client wanted the visual content to invite guests into the hotel's gorgeous spaces and emphasize it's centralized location in Nashville. Additionally, the assets were intended for the hotel's branding efforts, to be featured on their website, in digital marketing materials, and on social media platforms.
During the pre-production phase, our team worked closely with the client to develop an extensive shot list that included capturing guest rooms, check-in, amenities and unique property experiences. Despite the project's large scale, our small team handled all aspects of the shoot, ensuring every detail was meticulously planned and executed within a tight two-day timeline.
When Tempo opened in downtown Nashville, Digital Love's photo and video team executed a seamless, large-scale shoot that delivered on the creative vision. Our work highlighted the modern and elegant interiors, focusing on key areas such as the spacious guest rooms, communal workspaces and dining areas, and distinctive amenities like the Top Golf Swing Suite. A particular emphasis was placed on natural lighting, color palettes, and textures to evoke a sense of warmth and hospitality.
In addition to all photo and video work, Digital Love also managed Tempo's launch campaign and comprehensive social media coverage from pre-opening to the present. From a pre-opening social media campaign to the property's Grand Opening event, reel creation, and all related footage, as well as overseeing influencer management and engagement our team is responsible for nearly all of the client's public presence.
To launch the new Tempo by Hilton property in Nashville, we created a campaign called “Digital Concierge” to promote the hotels close proximity to hot attractions around town to get followers aware of the hotel, and generate value with Tempo being their “city guide” before doors had opened. The campaign comprised of 6 total reels each featuring a different attraction downtown. All filmed and executed by Digital Love.
This campaign generated Tempo an audience of over 243 total followers prior to opening. It also earned 5,047 organic views and gave the hotel relevancy with the local community along with being a fantastic engagement tool to get our audience talking.
The final deliverables included a curated collection of high-resolution images and polished video content, all perfectly aligned with the Tempo by Hilton brand aesthetic. These assets were used across multiple channels, enhancing the hotel’s website, social media presence, and marketing campaigns.
The visual content resonated with the client’s goals, highlighting Tempo’s unique blend of modern comfort, upscale design, and local proximity. The fresh, engaging imagery not only boosted the hotel’s launch campaign but also served as a foundation for ongoing branding efforts.
