It all started with a "virtual" Grand Opening for Hyatt Place | Hyatt House in Tampa Florida. HRI Properties wanted to launch the beautiful new hotel, but couldn't host a large in-person gathering due to the pandemic. Luckily, Memo Agency had an idea! A physical "grand opening" box delivered to VIPs and showcasing some of the most important elements of the hotel’s brand expression. The box also served as a gateway to the online digital content, giving recipients a unique viewing experience of the property from afar.
This is where Digital Love came in! We created a series of property videos showcasing the hotel's amenities, rooms, food & beverage, and prime location in Tampa. Together, the box, along with the exclusive digital content, provided recipients with an intimate introduction to the property, and the vibrant community it serves.
