This dynamic photography and videography project for The Industrialist Hotel took place in Pittsburg, PA and was shot entirely by our Creative Director, Sam, across two 4-day shoots.
The gorgeous property is part of the Autograph Collection and we worked closely with the brand and our production partner Memo Agency to create the photos and videos used to launch the hotel!
The scope for this project included lifestyle photography and four brand videos:
Our creative direction was inspired by the historic property and aimed to showcase the beautiful boutique aspects of The Industralist. From the in-room experience, pet friendly features, and food and beverage outlets to the unique Makers Lounge and amazing city location.
The photos and videos have been used across marketing materials, social media, web and PR to promote the hotel and create a cohesive brand voice through visuals.
It's always exciting when we get to stretch our creativity and work with such a unique client - staging scenes, shooting spaces and shaping stories. Oh, and adorable dog-models certainly help!

We invite guests to experience a roster of DIY projects available complimentary to all guests in the lobby lounge. Guests can embrace the maker spirit for which Pittsburgh is known with rotating projects such as leather, parchment and candle making. Projects feature partnerships with local Pittsburgh artisans, hands-on workshops and happy hour specials — all designed to ignite creativity and fuel conversation.
